If payment has been made but no work has started, we can issue a full refund. Once work has begun (planning, outlining, or writing), refunds are not available due to the time-intensive nature of the service, but we continue working with you through revisions to align the manuscript with your vision. Yes. Our ghostwriting services are confidential by default; we do not claim authorship, and your name goes on the cover unless we mutually agree otherwise. We sign NDAs at the start of every project.
