Ghostwriting Services (Digital Delivery)
All ghostwriting projects are delivered digitally. Final files are provided in one or more of the following formats, as agreed at the start of the project:
- DOC / DOCX
- EPUB
Your completed manuscript will be sent to you via email or a secure download link, along with any agreed supporting documents (such as outlines or character notes).
Revisions and Collaboration
Because ghostwriting is a deeply collaborative and time-intensive creative service, we work closely with you from the beginning to ensure we fully understand your vision, goals, and expectations. This includes:
- An initial consultation and story discovery
- Agreed-upon outlines or story structure
- Milestone-based drafts and opportunities for feedback
We encourage open communication and revisions at each stage so the final manuscript reflects your voice and objectives.
Refunds for Ghostwriting Services
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of ghostwriting, we do not offer refunds once the manuscript has been written and delivered, in full or in substantial part. Our writers and editors invest significant time, expertise, and creative effort into each project.
However, we understand that circumstances can change. As such:
- If payment has been made but work has not yet begun (no writing or substantive planning has started), you are eligible for a full refund.
- If work has already started (including outlining, drafting, or editing), refunds are not available, but we will continue to work with you through the agreed revision process to bring the manuscript in line with your expectations.
By commissioning our ghostwriting services, you acknowledge and agree to this delivery and refund policy.
